Overview
This is an app intended to be piloted among African governments. The aim is to help community management teams deliver messages to residents and collect feedback in return.
I worked directly with GPost's CEO and the Kenyan marketing team to map the original user flow before designing the interface, so the product matched how local community offices actually operate.
